As of Monday, March 7th, 2011, reserve your child's spot in a class.

At all times, feel free to contact us at info@vibestudio.ca or 905-763-8423.
We would be happy to modify the 2011-2012 class schedule, so if you have any other class ideas please email us your suggestions. We appreciate your feedback and input as we want to accommodate your scheduling needs and preferences.
RECOMMENDATION LETTERS:
In an effort to stay environmentally conscious, we have decided not to distribute a printed copy of the Recommendation Letters.
If you would like your child's personalized Recommendation Letter, please let us know and we would be happy to email you a copy or if you prefer, feel free to email us at info@vibestudio.ca and request a copy. Recommendation Letters will be available as of Monday, March 7th, 2011.
CAMP ViBE:
NOW ACCEPTING DANCERS IN SK & GRADE 1!
By request, we will be offering special programming for young dancers who want the Camp ViBE experience! Camp ViBE offers dancers the opportunity to dance all summer, learn new dance disciplines, stay active and have fun!
Don't miss your chance to dance all day during any of our 2 week sessions in July and August.

RECITAL COSTUMES
Beginning Monday, March 21st until Sunday, March 27th, all dancers will receive their Recital Costumes. If you are absent during this week, don't worry, all costumes are labeled and will be safely stored at the studio.
Costumes are designed according to the latest trends making them comfortable, age-appropriate and long lasting. Once received, please store the costume at home and label all items with your child's name.
Please do not wear the costume until Photo Shoot Week and again at the Year-End Recitals.
FAMILY RECITAL SCHEDULE - IMPORTANT!
Many hours have been spent organizing the schedule for the Annual ViBE Year-End Recitals. We go to great lengths to try and accommodate the needs and best interests of all dancers. Most dancers will perform in only one Year-End Recital. However, some dancers (with multiple enrollments) may need to perform in several Year-End Recitals. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your co-operation. We look forward to seeing you in the audience!
Family Recital Schedules will be distributed to dancers WITH THEIR COSTUMES from Monday, March 21st until Sunday, March 27th, 2011. One schedule will be distributed per family. Once received, please take the time to read the personalized Family Recital Schedule as it contains important details about the Recital in which your child will be performing, costume and accessory specifications, and ticket information. If you do not receive the Family Recital Schedule, please visit the front desk for another copy. Contact us at (905) 763-8423 or email us at info@vibestudio.ca with any questions.
This year, ViBE will produce 6 Year-End Recitals on Saturday, June 4th and Sunday, June 5th in the George Weston Recital Hall at the Toronto Centre for the Arts in North York.

PHOTO SHOOT WEEK IN MAY:
Photo Shoot Week will take place from Sunday, May 1st until Saturday, May 7th, 2011.
Dancers will have tons of fun wearing their Year-End Recital Costume and posing for both Individual and Group Photos. If you are aware of a conflict with the scheduled Photo Shoot dates, please contact us at 905-763-8423 as soon as possible.
Photo orders will be due by Monday, May 17th, 2011.
