PHOTO SHOOT WEEK
We hope dancers had fun during Photo Shoot Week! Every dancer who took a photo will receive a proof of their photo attached to an Order
Form Envelope next week. In order to receive the photos before the end of the dance season, please return all completed Order Form
Envelopes to the front desk by Sunday, May 16th, 2010.
We will continue to accept Order Form Envelopes after the due date; however the
photographers cannot guarantee that the photos will be ready before the Year-End Recitals.

Office (no service charge and must be purchased in person Monday to Saturday 11:00am-6:00pm and Sunday 2:00pm-4:00pm).
Please note: if you purchase tickets through Ticket Master then "Vibe Studio Productions TM" will appear on your monthly statement.
RECITAL INFORMATION & REMINDERS
Each of the 6 Year-End Recitals will be approximately 2 hours in length with no intermission.
We remind parents that dancers should be
dropped off approximately one hour prior to the start of the
Recital with a peanut-free snack and a water bottle.

for the Arts are not responsible for any lost or stolen items; therefore dancers must label all personal belongings with their full name and

 THEATRE DIRECTIONS
The George Weston Recital Hall is located in the Toronto Centre for the Arts at 5040 Yonge Street. Located in North York, the theatre is
south of Finch Avenue and north of Sheppard Avenue on Yonge Street. There is ample parking around the theatre area.
DANCER DROP-OFF PROCEDURES
All dancers must enter through the SIGN-IN DOOR located on NORTH YORK BLVD.
We remind you that parents will not be allowed
backstage.
 Please arrive within 1 hour of the recital. When dancers arrive, they should be dressed and ready to perform. Dancers should bring
with a peanut-free snack and a water bottle. We ask that all dancers wear running shoes and bring all other labeled dance shoes and/or
costumes in a labeled bag. PLEASE LEAVE ALL VALUABLES AT HOME.
SUPERVISION AT THE YEAR-END RECITALS
Once dancers sign in, they will be escorted to a supervised area to meet their Teachers, Assistants, and fellow dancers where they will remain
for the entire duration of the show. All dancers will be well supervised and having fun backstage while the show unfolds onstage.
FINALE
At ViBE, ALL dancers performing in the Year-End Recitals will once again grace the stage at the end of the show for the annual FINALE!
This is an exciting performance where we highlight the different age groups of performers dancing together. Audience members are strongly
encouraged to stay in their seats for the entire FINALE!
PICK-UP PROCEDURE
After the FINALE, dancers will be escorted by their Dance Teachers and Assistants to the front foyer of the theatre where they will wait for
their parents under specific Age Group Signs. At the end of the show, we ask that ONE PARENT pick up their child in order to minimize
confusion. We anticipate that this will be a busy and exciting time, and we thank you ahead of time for your support.

RECITAL DVD
To purchase a Recital DVD, please complete an Order Form or contact DRC Video at mail@drcvideo.com or 905-760-8090. DVD Order
Forms will be included with all photo proofs in the Order Form Envelope and will also be available at the front desk.
FLOWERS
At the end of a show, all performers love to be greeted by family and friends and also love receiving flowers! Before and after every Year-
End Recital, for your convenience, there will be a variety of beautiful flowers available for purchase in the foyer of the theatre.

 Beginning Monday, May 3rd, the ViBE Store will be converted into the ANNUAL EXTRA COSTUME SALE!
All items are limited.

Every dancer will receive a special End of Year Gift where we say "Thank you for being a part of ViBE for the 2009-2010 dance season"! The memorable gift will be distributed to all dancers in class on a surprise date in May!
