Birthday Parties at ViBE:
Celebrate your birthday at ViBE and make it a party that YOU will never forget!
Birthday Parties are available on Sunday afternoons from 1:30pm-3:30pm.
Party dates are available on a first-come first-served basis. More details here.

Adults of all ages, abilities and fitness levels enjoy the different classes that we offer such as Yoga, Hip Hop, Kickboxing, GPT, Tap and Beginner Tap!

Health & Safety:
ViBE is a Peanut-Free Studio. Please ensure that your child does not bring any NUT, PEANUT, or SESAME SEED products to the studio. Parking is also an important safety issue at ViBE. Please do not to stop your car at the entrance of ViBE to wait for dancers or to drop dancers off for class. Instead, please use the ample parking spaces available to park your cars and safely escort young children into the studio. We are counting on your help to ensure that ViBE continues to be a safe place for everyone.

Dress Code:
Dancers must wear the mandatory 'Black & Black' Dress Code every week. Dancers can wear a Black t-shirt, tank top or long sleeve shirt (please make sure that the midriff and bellybutton are not visible) and Black pants, shorts or leggings. Dancers with long hair must have their hair securely tied off of the face in a ponytail. We also highly recommend the use of a headband. All jewelry and watches should be removed before entering the dance class as they pose a potential hazard to the dancer and other dancers in the class.

ViBE Store:
Get ready to dance in style!! Announcing the launch of the newly designed ViBE Clothing Line now available in the ViBE Store! You can get all of your dress code needs and more at the ViBE Store!
If possible, we recommend getting your Dress Code before the season starts.

Snack Stop:
ViBE has a fully stocked Snack Stop which provides peanut-free snacks and drinks. We remind you that food and drinks are not permitted in the dance class; however we welcome water bottles. Visit the Snack Stop and inquire about our Snack Stop Cards.

Snack Stop Cards available for $10 or $20:
Purchase the ViBE Snack Stop Card and eliminate the need to bring money for a snack or drink!

Valuables:
ViBE provides plenty of cubbies and hooks for every dancer's belongings to be stored in the men's and women's change rooms during class. We highly encourage dancers to leave all jewelry, watches, and other valuables at home. ViBE is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Last 10 Minutes of Class:
At ViBE, parents are able to view the dance class when the studio blinds open for last 10 minutes of the class. This is a good opportunity to allow dancers to gain confidence by performing for an audience. Please keep in mind that this is a work-in-progress procedure and it is difficult to predict the reactions of the dancers. Flash photography and video-cameras are prohibited. We appreciate your on-going support and understanding - and your smiles when the blinds open!

Make-Up Classes:
Unique to ViBE, we offer make up classes to dancers who were unable to attend their regularly scheduled dance class. A dancer may attend the same dance class as the one they missed on a different day and time offered on our schedule. Make-up class lists are available at the front desk and are not recommended during ViBE Annual Events (outlined in our Information Pamphlet and Calendar of Events).

As a courtesy to parents, we provide a comprehensive list of important dates of studio closures and special events. Please refer to this important information periodically through the year.

ViBE is open from September to June (excluding holidays) as follows:

Monday & Wednesday	1:00pm - 9:30pm
Tuesday & Thursday	9:00am - 9:30pm
Friday	CLOSED
Saturday	9:00am - 5:30pm
Sunday	9:00am - 4:30pm

ViBE Party Includes:

2 hour rental for a dance studio in our state-of-the-art facility one Dance Teacher one Dance Assistant a specially choreographed routine for YOUR party party set-up and clean-up a complimentary ViBE tank-top for the birthday star

Cost:

$255 (taxes included) $100 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking $155 balance is due on the day of the birthday party Number of Dancers: ViBE Party accommodates 7-16 dancers per party An additional $50 fee (plus GST) will be added to parties of 17-22 dancers

Parents are expected to:

ensure that all dancers are dropped off and proceed to the party studio provide all invitations, decorations, table cloths, paper plates and cups, etc provide cake and drinks (use of the fridge in the Staff Room is included) ensure that all dancers remain in the designated studio for the entire party conduct the party festivities after the dance class is over provide and distribute loot bags to the dancers will ensure that all dancers are picked up by their appropriate parent
