DRESS CODE:
Dancers must wear the mandatory "Black & Black" Dress Code every week. Dancers can wear a Black t-shirt, tank top or long sleeve shirt (please make sure that the midriff and bellybutton are not visible) and Black pants, shorts or leggings.
Dancers with long hair must have their hair securely tied off of the face in a ponytail. We also highly recommend the use of a headband.
All jewelry and watches should be removed before entering the dance class as they pose a potential hazard to the dancer and other dancers in the class.
Thank you for adhering to our ViBE Dress Code as it creates a professional and respectful learning environment.

VALUABLES:
ViBE provides plenty of cubbies and hooks for every dancer's belongings to be stored in the men's and women's change rooms during class. We highly encourage dancers to leave all jewelry, watches, and other valuables at home.
ViBE
is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
LOST & FOUND:
Any items found at the studio will be placed in the Lost & Found located in the change rooms. At certain times during the year, with notice, the items in the Lost & Found will be donated to charity.
STUDIO ENTRANCES AND EXITS:
Each dance studio is equipped with a clearly marked "In Door" and "Out Door". Please ensure that, each and every week, you use the appropriately marked doors in order to help with the flow of dancers entering and exiting each dance class. We appreciate your co-operation and support.
MAKE UP CLASSES:
Unique to ViBE, we offer make up classes to dancers who were unable to attend their regularly scheduled dance class. A dancer may attend the same dance class as the one they missed on a different day and time offered on our schedule.
Make up class lists are available at the front desk.
Make up classes are not recommended during ViBE Annual Events (outlined in our Information Pamphlet and Calendar of Events).
CALENDAR OF EVENTS:
As a courtesy to parents, we provide a comprehensive list of important dates of studio closures and special events. We suggest that you post the Calendar of Events somewhere visible in your home for future reference.
MONTHLY VIBE NEWSLETTER:
Every month, ViBE publishes information for parents about studio events, closure reminders, and new offers. The Monthly ViBE is available at the front desk and online at www.vibestudio.ca. Please help the environment and save paper by reading The Monthly ViBE online or by email every month! Become partners with us in your child's dance education and stay up-to-date with studio events!
VIBE FACULTY OF TEACHERS AND CLIENT RELATIONS STAFF:
We are excited to meet you and your children and make this an enriching and enjoyable year of dance! At all times, please remember that we are available to answer any questions you might have or listen to any feedback at info@vibestudio.ca.
